Free pumpkin patch photography presets and session kit

Pumpkin Patch Golden Hour and Pumpkin Patch Open Shade are two original XMP editing starting points for autumn portraits. Golden Hour holds bright highlights and uses gentle warmth; Open Shade lifts shadow detail without turning pumpkins or skin too orange. The kit also includes a session planning guide, a client note and an editing review sheet. The page photograph is illustrative, not an actual preset result.

Plan around light and access

Confirm farm access, photo rules, opening times and any fees before inviting clients. Find a path with even footing and enough room to work without blocking other visitors. Late sun can be flattering, but pumpkins and clothing can reflect warm color onto faces. For open shade, look toward the sky and avoid patchy light on skin.

Edit each lighting setup separately

Set a representative frame's exposure and white balance first. Apply the matching preset, then check skin at a useful size and watch orange saturation. Adjust highlights on pale clothing and shadow detail under hats. Sync only photos made in similar light. These XMP files passed structural checks, but Adobe import and real-photo visual testing have not yet been completed; test them yourself before client delivery.
