Online payments carry a 1% platform fee plus Stripe processing. Payment-based fees apply when you collect online payments; the software subscription itself is $0.
Published pricing includes 10GB of storage. A $200 online payment has a $2 platform fee before processing. Any client-facing invoice fee you configure is a separate decision, not a change to the platform’s price.

Its current offer is presented as one inclusive plan; older tier names still appear lower on its pricing page. Bank Connect is advertised as an additional $5/month, and additional users or brands may cost extra.
Payment processing is separate from the software subscription. The current Stripe guide lists 2.9% + $0.30 for cards and 0.8% + $1.50 for ACH, capped at $6.50 per transaction. Country, processor and legacy-plan conditions can change the applicable rate; confirm your account terms.
A 7-day trial is advertised. Promotional first-year discounts are not used as the baseline here; compare renewal costs and any add-ons you need.

Session Savvy connects photography records and helps you plan offers with its free tools; it is not presented here as a substitute for 17hats bookkeeping. If you already have accounting covered, compare how much time each system asks you to spend on a normal photography job.
CSV contact import does not transfer 17hats workflows, project records, bank feeds, bookkeeping categories, financial reports, contracts or invoices. Archive the financial records you need, rebuild future templates deliberately and avoid operating two systems as the source of truth for the same invoice.
Try Session SavvyClient CSV import supports names, email, phone and notes, with column mapping and a preview. Maximum 5MB and 5,000 rows per batch. It does not recreate all related records from another platform.
You can test Session Savvy while keeping your current provider. Parallel use does not automatically synchronize the two systems.
This comparison does not establish that. Session Savvy has invoice and payment information, but that is different from bank-connected bookkeeping, expense categorization and financial reports.
If you can obtain a suitable CSV, map its names, email, phone and notes into Session Savvy’s contact importer. Review a small batch first. Related project and financial records are outside that importer.
No. Its product is designed for a wider range of service businesses. That flexibility can be valuable when photography is one part of your offering.
Run one new photography job in Session Savvy while leaving historical jobs and bookkeeping in place. Check which manual steps or integrations you would need before switching more work.
