Compare the working detailsIf you run frequent mini-session days, this is a workflow comparison, not simply a price comparison. Session already offers self-booking, questionnaires, contracts, email workflows and galleries. Try the same event in both systems: compare setup, the steps your clients complete, balance collection and what happens after the shoot.

Online payments carry a 1% platform fee plus Stripe processing. Payment-based fees apply when you collect online payments; the software subscription itself is $0.
Published pricing includes 10GB of storage. A $200 online payment has a $2 platform fee before processing. Any client-facing invoice fee you configure is a separate decision, not a change to the platform’s price.

Session’s pricing FAQ says it does not take commission: Stripe, Square and PayPal/Venmo charge their own standard processing rates. Session Savvy’s 1% platform fee is separate from processing. At higher online-payment volumes, a subscription can cost less than a percentage fee; compare your own volume and storage needs.
Session offers a 14-day trial without a credit card. Session Savvy’s $0 software subscription is ongoing, with online-payment fees when used.

Session Savvy gives you a place for client details, session work, invoices and messages, plus free planning tools for the offer itself. Session also connects bookings and client delivery, so neither product should get exclusive credit for being integrated. Test which keeps the details you use most within reach.
Active slot reservations, booking links, signed contracts, questionnaires, email workflows and galleries are not part of Session Savvy’s contact CSV import. Rebuild future events carefully and reconcile reserved slots before publishing replacement booking links.
Try Session SavvyClient CSV import supports names, email, phone and notes, with column mapping and a preview. Maximum 5MB and 5,000 rows per batch. It does not recreate all related records from another platform.
You can test Session Savvy while keeping your current provider. Parallel use does not automatically synchronize the two systems.
