Online payments carry a 1% platform fee plus Stripe processing. Payment-based fees apply when you collect online payments; the software subscription itself is $0.
Published pricing includes 10GB of storage. A $200 online payment has a $2 platform fee before processing. Any client-facing invoice fee you configure is a separate decision, not a change to the platform’s price.

Online payment processing is separate. Check the payment method and country in Pixieset’s fee guide. Client Gallery Free has a 15% store commission; upgraded Gallery plans advertise commission-free selling. That store commission is about gallery sales, not a 15% fee on every studio booking.
There is an ongoing free Studio Manager plan. Check its document and active-session limits against your normal workload.

In Session Savvy, begin with a client, connect a session and invoice, and check what you need before and after the shoot. That is a useful evaluation even if your delivery galleries stay in Pixieset. Both platforms connect information; the question is which arrangement makes your actual working day easier.
Keep existing gallery links, download settings, print orders and website pages in Pixieset until you have an explicit replacement plan. Session Savvy’s client CSV importer does not transfer those assets or Studio Manager contracts, invoices, projects or payment history.
Try Session SavvyClient CSV import supports names, email, phone and notes, with column mapping and a preview. Maximum 5MB and 5,000 rows per batch. It does not recreate all related records from another platform.
You can test Session Savvy while keeping your current provider. Parallel use does not automatically synchronize the two systems.
Yes. You can use Session Savvy for new client work while keeping your existing Pixieset services. This is a parallel setup, not an automatic integration; decide where the authoritative booking and client records live.
Do not assume so. Session Savvy has galleries and file storage, but this comparison does not establish equivalent website building, print commerce or delivery controls. Evaluate those separately before cancelling.
No. Studio Manager provides booking, invoices, contracts, questionnaires and client/project management. Its wider ecosystem is a genuine reason to consider it.
Start with a small client-contact CSV and one new session. Keep historical documents and live gallery links intact while you test the full client experience.

Print-lab fulfilment and a full website builder are not verified Session Savvy capabilities. Automatic synchronization with Pixieset is not available in the audited import flow. Pixieset plan-specific processor charges should be checked for your country.
